I’ve never had an issue with Henry Brown GMC. I’ve always been treated so kindly and everybody is so respectful whenever I come to the dealership. Everyone in addition to my advisor is also extremely polite and is always asking me if I need anything or if they can help me with anything. That is very much appreciated.
After hearing my dilemma (Showroom floor Yukon Ultimate 1 DAY OLD!), Scott stepped up and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. This was after I was told to make an appt to address my issue. I was AMAZED to be told “make a appt” seeing how I spent the previous day buying this new vehicle and EVERYTHING should’ve been working. I commend Scott for his HIGH level of customer service considering I had NEVER met him. GREAT JOB SCOTT????????
