Blain took the time to review a reoccurring problem with the gas gauge. I feel this is the first time in a while the problem has been fixed.
Brought the vehicle in on a Monday for a software update. I had an appointment for an oil change the next Thursday. Susie was able to have the oil change done that same day. Saved me a lot of time and travel.

I understand that everyone is busy but an appointment was made a month out understandable brought my truck in,explained what was going on with the vehicle. Blain asked if I was told it would be a few weeks? I said no but 2 weeks would be acceptable because I had holiday plans. I called Blaine the next day to ask question about warranty work,left a message to call me. Didn't receive a call back. 11 days into it I called Blaine again to see how it was going. Left another message and asked to be called back, didn't receive any call. So I drove to your location on a Friday 11 days since drop off. Blaine was off that day, so I asked around to see if could get any answers Blaines partner was to busy so I asked whom ever didn't look so busy.That person told me Blaine was off that day but looked my truck up from my last name. Told me the truck hadn't even been worked on yet so I asked to take the vehicle out because I needed it for the holidays. Needless to say since I had to drive to your dealership to get some answers meant I had to take it home get my wife to drive me back out to get my other vehicle so 3 trips to your dealership and nothing was done. Not the service that I expected from you. I have bought a few vehicle's from Henry Brown but now I'm going to be rethinking that.

Raul demonstrated customer service satisfaction he was on time, personalable, he keep me informed by sending text messages, he asked me questions to assure that my reason for bringing my car was met, he even walked me over to the cashier. Raul was very polite and helpful. When I return for any other maintenance I will request Raul he was kind, helpful and very polite. I just want to say thank you to Scott and his team. We are very thankful and grateful for the thorough inspection and assessment. We discovers through Scott’s Team, lead by Chris Lowther we had some very unsafe tires caused by a front end misalignment. As a result, Scott’s Team was able to pivot and complete an alignment and new tires all in the same day.

Heidi very kindly moved up my Friday appointment for an oil change to today, when I stopped in to have the coolant checked. Heidi also looked under the hood and under the car to check for any coolant leak.She determined that there was not a leak. I bought my Pontiac Grand Prix new, at Sun Pontiac. When my service rep Sean left he referred me to Heidi which I appreciate. She is great!
