I am satisfied with the recent service(s) on my Enclave. It would be nice, however, to receive some photographs of the damaged parts which need replacement and any warranty included without having to ask. I have 105k miles on my Enclave. It would be financially helpful to professionally know which repairs should be done first, or at the same time to save labor hours or other costs. I appreciate the care that you take with my vehicle. Thank you.

Always receive great service from Lou. I was initially told my truck could not get in for 6 weeks. I called back to speak with Lou directly was told he could take care of of it had opening in transmission shop. Continue to receive the best service from Lou and Henry Brown.

Susie was great. The problem I have was to have my vehicle for a month for a 2 hour repair. Is cost me 1200.00 to rent a vehicle. I was a service director for a gmc dealer for 22 years. If I told a customer I could not look at their vehicle for a month my sales manager would go nuts and my dealer principle would probably fire me. Sales sells the first one and service sells the second one. My wife and I were planning on buying her a gmc canyon Denali four wheel drive but we have to rethink it since we just can’t have such a long time without our vehicle. Thanks
