Waited almost 2 hours for new battery to be told only when I asked that they had to go get one after waiting for far to long. Had and set an appointment at 830 am did not get out until almost 11 not good at all

I was very pleased with service; especially, him notifying we of another report I needed. Wish I had taken his advice on repair. Thought my husband could make repair since only involved changing a bulb. He couldn’t get the bulb out so needless to say I had to make another trip today for that repair. The repair was done efficiently and immediately which allowed me to do scheduled activities. I was very pleased with Earl on both of my repairs.
