They were welcoming of my dog that was with me that morning. They did everything I expected them to do, in a timely manner. I will be back if I am in this area when my next service appt comes up, as I travel, so sometimes it is done at the closest Ford near me. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was very early in the morning. Great experience. ????
