Courtney was horrible service she lied to me and the manager Steve about price of service she never told me anything about a fee. Me and Steve reviewed tape to see she lied I will never return there again for any service after that experience

Didn't fix anything nor did they diagnose what all is wrong with my vehicle. Wouldn't recode the transmission, or even look at it. Will be leaving with more questions than what I came in with.

The oil change service was fine. However, on my way to Capital City Ford my Check Engi light came on. I was told. "You'll have to make an appointment to find out what that is,". Why couldn't Cap C F hook the car up and check it while I was there?
