I have always had good experiences with Capital City Ford since I went there almost 10 years ago!! In fact, Steve Braaten was the service man who first helped me the first time. And he helped me when I had to have my AC fixed last week! Having my car returned to my house was very helpful and I thank FORD for introducing that option. I will continue to use Capital City Ford when my 2019 Escape needs attention!!!!

I was there to pick up my car. The gentleman at the first desk area told me the person did not have our ticket all written up and that it would be a few minutes. He told us we could have a seat in the waiting room. We sat down expecting to wait a few minutes and 15 minutes later I went to the cashiers window to ask if she had received our paperwork and she told me she did not have any paperwork for us. I waited another 15 minutes and went out to the area we checked in at. According to the woman seated at the desk she did not know we were there to pick up our car and needed to finish the paperwork. She stated the gentleman had not informed her of our arrival. She apologized and quickly finished our paperwork and walked us to the cashier. Please communicate better. We were frustrated with waiting unnecessarily. Thanks for listening.

I customized and bought my vehicle brand new from Ford. I am not able to apply the latest updates to my 2023 Hybrid Ford Escape because of all the errors it is logging. I brought it to the dealership to get the issue resolved. They did nothing for me but waste my time. They said there is nothing wrong with my vehicle, but the update will not apply because of some kind of error. I called customer service three times after I left the dealership, and my hybrid still will NOT apply the update. I am in the military and constantly tell my colleagues to buy American vehicles, and this right here is why they tell me they would rather buy a foreign vehicle. Very few people have any confidence in American made vehicles these days. No one will read this, and I am will to say that I will not be able to apply any more updates to my vehicle because nothing will be done to fix it.

Dropped my vehicle off for a service check may 22, 2024. Mainly front suspension concerns, you guys had the vehicle for two days just to tell me I had a recall on my breakhose & never replaced it liked promise. At pick up I was charged $276 for looking at the car!? Now my front end is sitting lower than before
You need to cut back on the amount of text messages. I received thirteen texts not including this one for them to pick up service and return my vehicle. A bit much.
Everybody was very friendly.
