I have been coming here for years. This was the first time the experience was so unprofessional. The check in lady told me that she appreciated people staying in their cars but then I heard her tell someone else they are staying in their cars i guess they will come in sometime. she was doing other things like filling coffee instead of checking in. And she was yelling about she didn’t know how to do things that were part of her job and how someone else would have to do them. Like check to see if a battery was available. Not to mention the lady that licked her fingers before asking me for my credit card. The process used to be organized and staff used to be customer service oriented. Not sure I will return.
I was told that I should probably have my rear brakes changed in probably 2 more oil changes which should be around 10,000 miles. I had my rear brakes changed the first week if June 2023. Less than a year ago. Only 8000 miles on the new brakes and I don't feel like they should need to be changed again that soon. Other than that everything else was good.

I would have liked to know that there was a 10 dollar charge for tire rotation when I checked in, also a car wash included with the service would have been nice, seeing I bought this vehicle at Capitol city for 55 thousand ????
