Moved here in 2018 from Chicago, drove our 2016 Escape cross country & had a smooth efficient trip. I’ve gotten oil changes, a new battery, & new tires at Quick Change with excellent professional service given by quality staff. Probably get new brakes in the fall. When in NM I have always had my Ford Flex serviced at Capital Ford’s Quick Lane. The service has always been fast and efficient and the personnel courteous and friendly.

Didn’t mention in the previous sumital. Krystal was very accommodating. I would love to have her job or o e like it. Been doing that type work for years. She’s doing it the way I would be happy with. She couldn’t help the rest of the service. But hope they can get it right

The low tires pressure signal was on and your technicians didn’t think about putting some air in the tires. Very disappointing. Those are the little things that make the difference.

I made an appointment. I felt foolish when I arrived and discovered that appointment meant nothing. I was just put the queue behind everyone else. You should not even suggest making a service appointment on your website and when your receptionist calls to confirm an appointment she should tell the client that appointments are not honored.
