Simon was excellent as usual. However. I am not happy that this was the 2nd time I had my 2021 F350 in for the tailgate. When I brought it in the first time I specifically told them the Accuator was bad and needed to be replaced. Your mechanic said nope just needed to be greased. So I drive the 120 miles back to ranch only to have it fail again. So on this trip guess what they did? Replace the accuator. So that cost me 480 miles of driving(240 miles each round trip)and a lot of diesel fuel I really didn't need to burn. Thanks to Simon for making sure it was done right this time.

We have been trying for months to get my car scheduled for maintenance based on a RECALL NOTICE regarding the door locks. We have called to request an appointment more than once and have not received a call back. While at the most recent service for our vehicle (for which we received this survey), we went into the main Capitol Ford building to scheduled this appointment and were told we had to call to make it. This is very disappointing when we are simply trying to maintain the safety of our vehicle based on a recall. I understand this survey is about our experience with getting an oil change at Quick Lane. However, the lack of response in trying to comply with a recall is more important to me. Thank you.

Your Service center has no idea how to deal with customers plus they have a very very bad customer satisfaction they don’t call people.Also they don’t answer any of their phones and no one anybody knows how to talk to a person and let them know about status on the vehicle or ours if your car is ready. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and the satisfaction of the employees.

Was a little nervous returning after my last experience with this shop. Was a little rocky. Considering that they went above and beyond to make the situation right, I feel good continuing my patronage. Courteous and efficient service.

Brought to main service to turn off auto door locks which also locks the tailgate... ugh ...stupid. Does anyone at Ford actually pull gooseneck or 5th wheel trailers? Turn off bell if key left in ignition. Turn off the stall out at signals causing car to continuously restart. It can be turned off manually but has to be every single time you start truck. Stupid. Then there's the great news today Bronco deliveries being further delayed. Who runs PR at Corp HQ? A 12 year old???? Get out in front of this. Learn something from the old Tylenol debacle. My stock price is going into the toilet due to terrible pr!!!

I asked to have my filters replaced. The person I spoke to said that they were not "due at this time." Unfortunately, here in Santa Fe the dust is so persistent that it causes my air filters to be full fast! They still smell dirty. I will be bringing the car back for service in 10 days and will ask to have the filters replaced at that time.

The check engine light was on and it smelled like gasoline when the vehicle was was released as complete. I had to take it back
