2017 — George Ortiz and I purchased our Lincoln Continental from the Lincoln dealership (George my husband deceased) He would take the vehicle to be serviced with all confidence. We were always pleased with the professionalism courtesy and pleasant attendance given by your employees. This Apri, I was looking to purchase 4 new tires for the car. It has been almost two weeks since we went to get our car serviced. I was supposed to get a call back with an estimate for a part we needed and a call back to take our vehicle back in to get rails glued. I am yet to receive a call with any information. I would have appreciated some kind of communication.i will be taking my vehicle to another dealership in albuquerque.

Wayne was great as was the mobile unit technicians who came out to address the recall issue. I had already scheduled an appointment (with Paul, I believe is the service manager)to take the car in to their shop. I had told Paul that I was going to have to trailer the car in as it was bought as a father/son restoration project and it was not licensed to be on the road. He never mentioned anything about utilizing the mobile unit to avoid me having to trailer the car some 35 miles one way. He did tell me that they would need the car all day. The mobile crew had the job done in less than an hour and the guys were very professional. I was very satisfied with this crew and their customer service skills. I wish I could say the same thing about Paul.
