No need to call. While getting my gas tank door replaced it was scratched. All I recieved from the service person, including the manager, is “sorry bout that”. You kidding me? I won’t be back for service and will definitely not purchase the next Lincoln, which was to happen this next quarter. I will go else where. I have owned 4 lincolns, have always loved the service, but this is absurd.

Raised your price; claimed it was because cost of oil has gone up ... which is untrue ... it's actually gone down! Service was good, but the price is no longer competitive.

I bought my Ford SUV at Capitol. I needed the 45,000 service and am used to taking it to the quick oil change place affiliated with you. I always call Capitol to make an appointment and am transferred. Earlier this month I called and was told they don’t make appointments, but were open till 5:30. I brought my car in at 4:10 and was told they were done with new customers for the day. So a week or so later I brought the car in mid-morning. I left it while I went to look at the new Mustang. The service took about 45 minutes and they called me. While I was paying they said they hadn’t rotated the tires as they had told me they would. The lug nuts couldn’t be removed without breaking them. They told me to go to Discount Tires to buy parts and bring them back and they could do the rotation. I have two jobs and a sick husband!!! I would think a business affiliated with Capitol Ford would have the parts to work on an Escape! You can call me at 470-99476.

We are still waiting on a call back for the back window on our Fusion. No word in over two weeks. Communication seems to be a problem when it comes to your service department.
