I was in desperate need for an emissions test for my title transfer and was on a tight unforgiving deadline when I reached out to Capitol Ford when there was no one else in Santa Fe who does. Capitol Ford totally understood my situation and came to my aide with kindness, professionalism, courtesy and understanding from the lady who answered the phone, to the service manager and all the to the service technician and the nice lady who wrote up our service and checked us out. These four people are pure professionals who saved me in my time of crisis. Thanh you from the bottom of my heart. Mrs. Leasure

Wayne was awesome from the first moment I spoke to him, He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I voiced my concerns about having to take all our vehicles to Santa Fe to address the safety recall notices. I was very surprised and pleased when I asked if a technician could be sent out and he said yes. They were here bon time and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall Wayne and his team get a great big 10

It took more than one trip to identify the problem, implement fixes, then the problem reoccurred. That part was a bit frustrating. It was fixed and I am now a satisfied customer.

1) Scheduled an oil change 7-10 days ahead for my 2020 Shelby GT350. Booked on-line and confirmed 2) Approximately 15 minutes after arriving I was informed that the dealership did NOT have the necessary oil filter and that there were none locally available. Lot’s of excuses were offered as to why the process did not allow them to be prepared for my vehicle, even though they knew exactly when I was coming and which vehicle I would be bringing. The dealership did find some in Denver that could be in Santa Fe late in the day. So, I told them I would come back at their opening on Saturday (8am). 3) Arriving about 7:55am on Saturday - I verified that the oil filter had arrived. However, I was informed there would be a 3 hour wait as there were already 7 vehicles in front of me. I tried to offer my perspective that as I had an appointment the day before AND informed them yesterday that I would be here first thing in the morning, it was met with resistance. John explained that “they do not take reservations at this service center. And, that he had no idea why they booked them with a reservation process.” At that point I simply asked who this shop reported to (dealership GM or service manager). He informed me that it reported to Paul Bartlett, Svc Mgr. I went looking for Paul - it was Saturday - he was not around - I was deeply frustrated and left. 4) Early on Monday I called and left a message for Mr Bartlett asking that he contact me so I could navigate how to conveniently secure service for my Shelby. As of 8pm Monday I have not received the courtesy of a return call. 5) And most importantly, I still need an oil/filter change! This is precisely why I hesitated buying a Ford. The level of service is quite different that what I experience with either my Mercedes or my Ram. It makes me certain that I should not consider a Ford or Lincoln as my wife and I start searching to replace her 2014 Mercedes (Though I would love to consider Mustangs Mach E and I’d even love to be tempted to trade the GT350 for the GT500 in your showroom - but, that will not be happening as I deeply value outstanding service and support).
