I showed up for an oil change and was told it would be approximately 1 hour. I went for a walk and returned 1 hour later. I was then told my truck had not been serviced and it would be 45 minutes to an hour before my vehicle would be serviced. I asked for my keys and left.

Cristol was great and very helpful helping me make my maintenance decision, she gave me good advice on which maintenance should be done first.

A lot of unprotected talk about customers among employees in the store, too long of waits and no real communication about my car service.

Fast and efficient

I can smell coolant when I roll down my windows, I let the advisor know but he did not seem to care. I asked at the end of service if they had found out an obvious leak. He said no, I asked if I could make an appointment or him direct me he just said go to the other shop. I do not really expect much when a vehicle has warranty.

I want to let you know that I appreciate that Mr. smalls was able to get me in and get me out in a timely matter I do appreciate the service he gave me this day and I hope in the future kindness would it absorb all the words that come out of him there was a gentleman a technician I forget the gentleman’s name that was in the lobby there I was sitting was very very kind to me and very caring about my vehicle to I don’t remember his name but I’m sure John does that guy deserves a promotion. If you call me back in about a week or so I’ll find out that gentleman‘s name so I can refer him to all of you thank you so much. One thing that would be nice with you guys this company would be the washer vehicles as a courtesy for coming back to you as many times as I do with no charge yeah pro bono car wash at least give us a free car wash to some car dealer it would be nice some places do that I take my truck to you because it’s a Ford truck.
