Cristal was very kind and helpful. She printed out the warranty information on my truck, as well as a future service schedule. The truck belonged to my late husband and I didn’t have a clue about the warranty, etc. I’m grateful you have such a nice service adviser. Thanks

Crystal was great and obtained loaner for me because I had a Dr.appointment. The installation took literally twice the time it should have, 4 hours instead of 2. I want to know specifically what the issue was that made this install take way longer than it should have.

Simon was courteous yet did not know much about the actual repair of my F150 He relied on the mechanic. The mechanic told me that the fuse system was a bad Ford design! I asked why then did it last 325 thousand miles. He said he replaced and rerouted them(fuses) all the time. The mechanic said my fuel pump fuse box melted and had to be replaced! I looked and there was no sign of the box melting! I understand that after 325thousand mikes a fuse could ware out! So as I’m from North Carolina traveling to California I had no choice but pay up and move on! This is not the kind of excellence I’m used to from my Ford dealer in Sanford North Carolina . I felt I was totally taken advantage of by you mechanic!

I asked to have the parts removed be saved. They were trashed. That usually doesn’t matter but those parts were new and I wanted to take them back. Thanks Rob
