Simon is an amazing service rep. He instantly informed me what he thought based on my assessment what the issue might be. The service department set up an appointment for me, I brought it over and within 2 hours or so, he called me and the issue was corrected. His communication and service was amazing and his professionalism is outstanding. What an asset in my opinion to the Ford dealership

Wayne Cordova stepped in and addressed my repair issue with professionalism and kindness. Customer service way beyond anything I have experienced at a car dealer. He is a problem-solver and does what he says he will do. He has a strong work ethic and expects the same from those who work for him. He epitomizes excellent customer service. Someone like this sells a Ford even more than the best car salesperson. Give this superior performer a raise! He deserves it.

There is a huge communication breakdown between your employees and the customer. I was left outside sitting in the car for at least 10 minutes when I dropped it off. I had to call to see what was going on. They told me to just park the car and leave the keys in it. There was no communication as to what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be done. I called and left 2 message on Monday and Wednesday and never received a call back. I finally got a hold of Wayne who gave me a status on the vehicle. He was very courteous. I am a Lincoln owner and wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle. I was without transportation for 7 days. The work that needed to be done was due to a faulty part replaced last time I took it to you guys. Very disappointed in the customer service.
