John did well. However it is ludicrous not to take reservations. Reservations should be taken so as to keep from wasting everyone’s time. No judgement on John he did well.

My Lincoln (2018) would not start this morning after I completed my shopping at a department store on 8/6/21. I contacted Simon at Capitol Ford and Simon came to assist me within minutes. He jumped started my car and I followed him to the service department. My car needed a new battery. Simon made sure my car was serviced. I’m so thankful and appreciative for his thoughtfulness and speedy support. Simon is so patient and courteous. Thank you Simon for helping me!
