Left car for 2 days said they couldn’t find problem every time I drive car I feel hesitation plus I told them to change serpentine belt. They told me that it was fine. I didn’t ask to check I said to replace. Car is 4 years old I change belts for peace of mind and not wait till they break. Very disappointed

The service was fine, however my truck got a broken tail light on the right side. Along with a slight scratch. I was told that Ford would repair all damages. But overall I am satisfied and always have been with your service,
