When I came through the service door there was Simon to greet me because I asked for him and from there on everything seemed to be going as I expected on the scale from 1 to 10 I give Capital Ford A10 on service I'm responding back on my phone calls thank you for all your great help and it looks like my truck is running well as I drove it back to Las Vegas this evening

I thank Simon for doing a great job in getting my vehicle repaired. It was a complicated process due to the Lincoln dealership in Denver screwing up the initial repair. Simon talked to the manager and assisted in lowering the price of repairs due to the messy job done in Denver. Again, Simon was very professional and courteous. I appreciate all he did in assisting me.
