This is the last time I will be doing service at this location. I received a letter in the mail indicating GMC is aware there is a known problem with the brake lights. They intermittently work and stop working. Because at the time I took the vehicle in only one the right brake light was failing. The dealership tried to tell us we had to sit for the left to fail. This was a danger to my family. I’m so disappointed it took a fight to get it repaired. There have been numerous occasions where we were so disappointed. Them where you pay so much for a vehicle you expect it to last and to get good service. This has not been the case at all. So many disappointments. This dealership wants to get the most money out of their customers. Wants warranties to expire. Don’t care for the safety of their customers. Where you express a problem they don’t want to fix it until they see it and that’s when warranty is expired. I could go on admin with the disgust and disappointments. As a busy mom, nurse, and wife I know fiery hand how to care for others. Wish GMC was trained in this area. Will never purchase GMC again. I am young and will need many cars on my lifetime. GMC lost a customer and after I finish speeding the word I’m sure anyone educated will boycott as well. Thanks for another disappointing scheduled service. Now I have to waste more of my time taking it so where else more trust worthy to get my brakes done. Thanks for nothing Reynolds

Jack was great. I have no issues with him. But the work done on my truck I’m not happy with at all. They scratched up the top of my fender pretty bad from when they had the hoop open and were working on it. I’m going to want that fixed and taken care of. I already called and left a message since I picked it up right as they were closing at 6, so they were gone when I got home and saw it. Second of all i told them don’t worry about washing the truck since I washed it myself before taken it in. But they left it bad. At least clean up after yourself where u worked and what u got on the truck. They left the Handles all dirty and left like black grease or something on it that just dosnt easily wipe off. I’m really hope this gets taken care of because I’m pretty upset, and I love my truck from you guys and when I bought it you guys were great and helpful, and when I took it in for my first service everyone one was great that helped me, and this second time today everything was great that I talked to. But what was left behind from who ever worked on it I’m upset about. Thank you and hope to hear back .
