Lincoln is the sole reason I will remain loyal to the Honda brand. Saying I was satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. I’ve visited multiple Honda dealerships and not once have I been given the level of respect and fairness that this man has given. I appreciate him and Ocean Honda very much for their kindness during such a pressing time. Thank you, Lincoln!

Al was super awesome! As I work in the customer service field myself I understand the meaning of great customer service and Al provided that and some. Explaining everything from the minute I entered the garage. Respected the social distancing rule and all while wearing the correct PPE. I like the fact that Honda is making sure it’s employees are safe just as the customers are. Only thing I would recommend is possibly seeking out another option for requiring a hand signature for the estimate. Possibly e-confirmation via email or text? Something that does not require the customer to sign a piece of paper maybe some other customers won’t be as comfortable to get close or use the shop provided pens. Other than that I would and will be certainly returning to Ocean Honda for all my Honda needs

So pleased with the safety requirements. Everyone wore a mask and gloves, kept distance wipes down car. Extremely happy
