There was a lot of work on my car today related to problems discovered during a recent inspection. All my interactions with Vernon VW were very professional and courteous, from the moment when I requested the appointment by phone to when I paid for the work and picked up the repaired car on schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, helpful, and attentive. I’m very pleased to have the repairs done. The cost was significant I feel confident that my car is now safe and should continue to serve me well for many miles to come.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and was told that there were two fluid change recommendations. It added $400 to the total, which I was not expecting. I suppose it's my fault for not asking, but I'm surprised he didn't tell me how much it would cost before doing it. I was expecting to spend about $100, and it ended up being $500 total. I'm definitely going to find a more affordable garage for regular maintenance from now on.
