This was my third visit to fix a recall on my car.
I made my appointment in advance in order to have my 1b service, to take care of my recall and to fix a problem with my car not starting. This is the second visit to your service department for the recall and the service bulletin about the car not starting. This is because you didn’t fix the starting problem and they forgot to do the recall on my last visit. When I got there they said it would take at least 2.5 hours so I could leave it. But there were no courtesy vehicles and the shuttle service wasn’t available. So I had to take an Uber back and forth for $20. Meanwhile when I pasted the parking lot in my Uber there were 2 courtesy vehicles sitting there. When I went to pick up my car, the recall wasn’t done again. The guy said they didn’t have the parts in. I made my appointment in advance for this exact reason. I was not happy. There also did an alignment without letting me know in advance.
Hasan was very helpful and made me definitely want to return to Empire Honda
I did not get coupon price for oil change.
However , check out person was at lunch and there were delays to make the payment at the end. Hassan could be able to help with check out as well but I have to ask for it.

Mr. El-Nawasani was excellent and addressed all of my concerns. He is an asset to your company. My car was ready the same day I dropped it off which made a positive impact on my day. As a paramedic with a wife that is a nurse and having two small children, having the work done quickly was very helpful to our chaotic schedules. Thank you.
He was quite professional and made me feel at ease with the recall being fixed on my vehicle. Speedy service on my oil change and Jeff was in constant communication with me to assure the work is being done in a timely manner.
During my visit Christian showed very good professionalism and was very courteous all the while he was being rudely interrupted by customer who he explained very thoroughly that he would get more information about a problem she had with her vehicle however she kept raising her voice at him. I thought he showed good patience and explained everything that was going to be done for my vehicle that day. Thanks for the service.
I really do appreciate how fast and efficient the service was. Less than 15 minutes of waiting for my car to be serviced there. Other Honda locations i ended up waiting 3 and a half hours for an oil change. More than likely I’ll continue to take my car to empire advantage to be serviced!
