My car was in good condition when I brought it in for the annual inspection. When I picked it up, it was in a VERY BAD condition - steering wheel wobbled and there was a gargling sound. I asked Jeffery what Empire Honda did to my car. He did not respond. He only looked at me. His Supervisor, Torres was disrespectful when I had asked him to fix my car. It was my last visit to Empire Honda. Their service ****!!!!!

I’m still having issues with my speaker and my blind spot sensor came on again. I am moving and don’t have time to come back and leave my car for another 3 hours.
Christian was very good explaining the problem and offering solutions. He also provided a quote for new tires and I will be coming back when I am ready to change them.
Christian asked me about adding brake fluid to my punch list at my appointment. I said yes but he didn’t tell me the cost. I wish he did because my entire bill came out to $590! I didn’t expect that! Also, the price list is hidden near a now non usable coffee machine. I didn’t appreciate either, seeing employees blatantly texting and playing cell phone games. Admittedly, I do the same at my job but if the customer is sitting right in front of you, at least try and hide it. And take out the air pods! Looks very unprofessional.
