I felt something uncomfortable as I started to talk w/front desk workers who us a tall guy.

Technician told me I had not done emissions change and it would cost five hundred dollars. Did not sound right to me. I had it checked by another technician who I had worked w before. The technician I knew told me the emissions had been changed months earlier. The Technician who made mistake did not apologize for mistake or even concede it was a mistake. I talked to his boss who was equally dismissive. Very unpleasant. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I had to wait two hours for a simple oil change and then after two hours I was told there was a oil leak in the car that needed to be repaired. I then had to wait yet another two hours for the leak to be repaired. Then to top things off, when paying my close to $500 repair bill,I am told there is an additional 3% charge for using a credit card! Simply outrageous. Dealer repairs are high priced enough and then to charge additional money to pay by using a credit card; it is simply stealing from people. I will not return to Empire Honda for service.
Julio was patient with all our questions and concerns and offered us the best deal. When we had issues, he found ways to work around and made possible this amazing deal on a brand new 2021 crv. He really gave us the best price as he listened and understood our financial situation.
Service was exceptional even though I did not have an appointment they were able to service my car for me and in a timely manner.
