Terrible service..Giving me an estimated time of 1.5 hours but taking 6 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Then Not having my voicemail answered. Then finally when texting my car is ready I arrive then representative was no where to be found for 20 min and I was told I had to wait for Cedric. I sent a text that I am here and still no reply.After finally getting someone to help me and paying for my car at the Cashier I did not get my car for another 30 min out front. Waste of a day by your incompetent customer service. Never recommending you guys to anyone. First and last time at Honda Millennium. No respect for customers time or courtesy to respond voicemail or text after I arrived to pick up my car or asking for an update until repeated attempt.

I went in for an oil change so it was long I got there at 12:30 and I left at 2:30. I was not happy with the long wait time. When I complain to Isaiah about the long wait time Isaiah apologized and assured me that my car will be ready in just a few more minutes, and it was ready. Isaiah is a very professional and courteous young man with a great smile. Thanks to this young man I will return to your Facility for service.

Cedric is very polite friendly and very professional. He’s always going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is properly taken care of. I’ve been dealing with Cedric for a couple of years now and he’s very efficient and knowledgeable about what he does. Thank you Cedric for being such a great Honda ambassador.

My rep was great. My wait time horrible and unacceptable. Checked in around 1038am and didn’t leave until after 2pm for an oil change and tire pressure check. Feel horrible for mechanics being overworked in the heat and COVID-19 on top of It. Honda needs to implement a work plan to minimize wait time and overcrowded drive in for car service. Some workers were not wearing mask or staying 6 feet away from others. Honda needs to follow CDC guidelines. All employees should be wearing masks around customers. If you give someone a pen at check out you should have hand sanitizer to wipe the pen and also for use for customers hands as well as employees. Sanitizer dispenses were empty and only saw one in the waiting room. Hand sanitizers should be placed at each counter for customers to use and the person behind the desk when given a customer a pen should be wiping it down with sanitizer before giving to customer and wiped again when given back to rep. . Sanitizer and disinfectant was no where to be found. Honda needs to implement the changing work environment due to COVID Reduce acceptance of cars daily so it’s not overwhelmingly for workers and customers.
