I was charged $160 for a visual inspection of my headlights. No work was performed and I never told in advance about this cost by Jessica. I also clearly never agree to the charges in advance. I’m surprise that a company like Millenium Honda would pull a stunt like this. I paid the $160, but will never recommend or use Mullenium again. I plan to share my experience on social media. I called to make an appointment and was told appointments were not necessary I could get my service done while I wait and then when I arrived I was told the wait would be 2-4 hours? Why would anyone want to wait that long I would have happily dropped off my car and picked it up later. Because I was given the wrong information on the phone I was set up to be disappointed. The man that helped me was apologetic but it was clearly not his fault the people that answer the phones should know how long the normal wait times are. Also the man driving my car when it was returned to me in the evening was not wearing a mask! With my ac on and my windows closed breathing all over the inside of my car. I am really turned off and this is only my first service visit of a three year lease.

I was informed to be there at 6 to wait for the office to open at 7 to get a loaner. After doing so and waiting almost 2 hours, to be told no loaners to come Back another day or they can leave me at a local train/bus and or mall I live driving distance 30mins away Public transportation you can only imagine. Manager no help at all
