It took almost 6 hours after being told 2-3. I stood outside for twenty minutes waiting for my car and had to keep asking for it. I got no answers on why I’m getting below average mileage. You should at least refund me for the inspection. It was a terrible experience and I lost a day of work. Jessica was very nice.

I’m disappointed that after spending $2500 on repairs, I have to bring my car back because the technician forgot to pair my car key with my car after they were finished. I’m also disappointed that obviously no one did a “final check” of my car to make sure that it was ready for me.

They didn’t finish and dirty up inside of the roof of my pilot,I have to call over and over to get the job done and still wasn’t done .

The main issue was that the loaner vehicle was sooo dirty it was ridiculous. In this time of COVID19 the last thing someone wants is to get in a vehicle that is dirty. I have been a customer of millennium honda since 2009 I have benn pretty much satisfied with the service. I wish I could say the same for this time. I live in Manhattan and come back and forth to Long Island because that's where I purchased my vehicle from and I believe that is where I should receive good service. The manager was made aware of it and went to get it cleared however all that was done to the vehicle was the carpet vacuum and the mat taken out of the trunk. We had to point out that there was still an unidentified substance dried in the door of the passenger side of the vehicle. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with how things were handled. Also I brought the vehicle back full of gas when I received it at half and nothing was done regarding that.

Jessica was an amazing customer service rep she extended help to me after seeing that I was waiting in a line and not getting called up and took her time with me and me feel like I was the only customer there even though she helped the other customers she made me feel like I want to bring more people here just for the customer.
