Horrible service !! Rude agents at the front desk always talking to another person and not paying attention to you when there dealing with your case. Took 6.5 hours to do a regular maintenance. I wish I never went here to buy my car

I was grateful to be able to be helped by Andrea today. She was knowledgeable about any question I had which allowed for a smooth and easy visit to the service center. And oh yeah! She’s a baddie with the fatty ????????????.

Getting my car serviced honda always does a good job. Today i wasn’t to happy how the staff was following protocol in wearing there mask correctly. When i drove in the guy who usually ask why your here and takes note of the mileage of the vehicle. He had his mask under his chin. An advisor female also wasn’t wearing her correctly. Also when i was in the window picking up my vehicle a advisor passes by me yells for the costumer name. He also was wearing his mask under his chin. Honestly that was very unprofessional knowing that if he had the virus with his spit he can give it to anyone. As he was talking to the costumer he didn’t put on his mask neither stayed 6 feet away. I work in healthcare and seeing how everyone at the service center was not Properly wearing there mask is very concerning. They should enforce more guidelines. My steering wheel was not covered in plastic. Good thing i carry wipes in my purse. Service center should be more careful in the safety of the employees and costumers. Overall my vehicle always gets serviced correctly.

Ms Murray was the first service adviser I have had at Honda Millennium who went the extra mile to make me feel as if I was a valued customer. She could be a role model to other service writers. My father was a parts and service manager at a Ford dealership in PA for about 30 years. I grew up in the parts room. As an observer and as a customer I have experienced the operations in several Long Island car service departments. I have experienced the gamut from outright fraud at Hempstead Ford to the care of the very fine customer advocate, Martha Jourdain, at Millennium Toyota. I believe it has been a nearly 10 year wait to discover as fine an adviser as Andrea Murray. She inspires trust and a desire to return as a customer in the future. All this...and I was only there for an oil change! My father believed it was completely the personal connection that brought a customer back to his dealership for parts and service. He always went the extra mile. Give Andrea Murray a raise. She is a keeper.

Our day we waited for 5 hours and then was told the vehicle is still not check. Needed to wait additional 3 hours with no guarantee it will be looked at as staff are backlogged. Waited for several weeks and each time we were advised there is no loaner car available. Finally I advised we will renew the lease as this is ridiculous. Within a split second a loaner was available when initially there was none. A few hours we were told the cost is $1100 to fix the noise as it’s a break and tire issue, quite different from the diagnostic of other mechanics. Very ridiculous. I will reconsider all my opinions before considering millinium Honda
