I asked Cedric to talk To Management About refunding me the recharge fee since it is my understanding they needed to that with dye to diagnose the leak. It should be Parris the warranty coverage. Had to wait two hours to get i. No one told us we had to take it back to be diagnosed and after suffering several weeks with bad Ac is when we discovers they put it on our receipt which no- one reads by the way!
Andrea was great she was finally able to have my problem resolved. I was there for at least 5 times with another rep just keep telling me to go back and wait. Waiting isn’t going to solve any problem in a car!
I noticed a scratch on my car after it was serviced. The supervisor was going to look at the camera to see if the damage occurred at Honda but no one has called me.

Andrea was professional and made sure to follow thru during my visit. One the best people I've dealt with in a while. She went above and beyond to be straight with me regarding what my vehicle needed. I will be returning soon for further service.
Mr. Koza who was helping me told me that it would take 2-3 hours for my vehicle to be done. When I asked him at the end of 3 hours, he said “ I told you it would be 3 to 4 hours for everything to be done.” At the end of 4 hours, when I pushed for an estimate, he walked over and told me it would be 30 minutes. I walked over another 40 minutes later, and my car was just getting finished. The mechanic was walking over with the papers. I understand that some jobs take longer but I would appreciate a proper estimate in the future. I had a chance to talk with another lady who told me that she asked her client to leave the minivan( he had come in for the same recalls) as it would take longer than 4 hours. If I had known this initially, I would have just dropped the van off. If Mr. Koza doesn’t know how long a certain type of service takes, he needs to get reeducated on details and also on how to deal with customers. Being short with an already irate and dissatisfied customer is only adding fuel to the fire. I can only say that this was the straw that broke the camels back. We are never coming back in there for another service. I love the dealership that I take my accord to and I believe they have earned my trust in the last 5 years. Your place has been one fail after another.
