I have dealt with Greg Andrews for several years. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable and focused on my needs for service. This time was no exception. I was advised of what was being done and what was needed. The work was finished in a timely fashion and he and his crew explained what had been done. Again, great service from a remarkable service manager.

My car has returned every few months since date of purchase of this vehicle from this dealer. Each repair service visit I was assured the problem under warranty/purchased vehicle warranty that the repair would be satisfactorily completed. That has not occurred. I have used both warranties paid additional funds for services to repair vehicle problem and still my vehicle has not sustained the repair from the service department. My vehicle could have had a preventative oil change but the service Nat offered at additional charge was over $800 .00 and never offered less than $50.00 oil change. I question the credibility of the Honda service department overall.
