They took advantage of my time By 2 1/2 hours Greg the manager told me to go to the express Line and they would change the oil fast Isiah was in charge for express oil change Each time I asked when the car would be ready He told me in 15 minutes At 12:50 I saw that they first brought the car down To change the oil I had checked in at 10:45 I had told him I had an appointment with the Doctor. Isiah was not polite and it was impossible To speak with him. I tried to speak with Isaia many times And he lied to me. He kept saying that the car Would be ready in 15 minutes After I took the car and went to the doctor I found that they didn’t give me the keys to The car. The driver came to the doctor to bring The keys to me It was a terrible day for me

I came to the service department for an oil change and because the alarm on my 2020 Ridgeline is malfunctioning. After 3 hours my vehicle was not even looked at. After inquiring about my vehicle not being seen I took my vehicle back and will not be returning to your service department.

I am very Happy w Andrea. She’s the best. Unfortunately when I was waiting for my car to be delivered to me. The driver didn’t have his mask on in my car. I have pictures. I then asked driver for him to get his boss. Driver said it’s ok as he works long hours His boss said it’s ok . I work also and where a mask. All day long. Not good
