ANDREA was very understanding to my time limit spent at honda due to a doctors appointment..Andrea was very professional and pleasant while dealing with me as well as other clients i saw her attending to..i give her a 10 plus

Isaiah Swan as my service advisor was friendly, courteous and informative. He was right up to date with what my vehicle required. Additional kudos to Joe the mechanic who took a few minutes to explain the details of the service. And of course to Greg Andrews, the service manager, who always checks in. A great team and great service.
There is a lack of communication between the staff. The waiting time is also very long
First time at this service and totally pleased with entire experience. She was very professional from beginning to end. Hope this service continues with whoever is caring for my car in futute

The inspection is due this month and he didn’t update it
You representative inappropriately yelled at me. I had complained to the manager marciello. Also when I paid , the cashier told me my car would be to the right which is where I was keeping my eye for my car from inside the facility but the person that brought my car out just left it at the street running with the key in it without notifying me. I only realized my car was there because I noticed a back up of cars unable to get out of the lot and I looked ahead and that is when I noticed my car sitting at the street Never mind the fact I had to wait 2 1/2 hr for n oil change. Then a delay in getting my car for another 40 minutes after the oil change was complete Then another 30 minutes to speak to the manager.
Dennis was very polite, communicative and informative
Cedric was very kind and helpful to me. He was understanding when I told him how hard it was to get through to the phone line and make an appointment. He updated me and let me know when my car was ready and it was finished in an appropriate time.

The guy (my rep??) Was amazing he followed through on everything he said he would. Greg (manager of the service dept) was also great!!
My 83 year old father came to Honda to find out how much it would cost to get his car to pass inspection. He was quoted approximately $900 plus tax. So my dad agreed to have Honda fix the car. You guys had the car for 1 week, and then he was told to come pick the car up as he had to drive 40 miles to check the module. He said my dad could come back the following week so he can check the module and pass the inspection. My dad was seen today Aug 12, 2020 and was told he needed to spend an additional $650 for the brakes in order to pass inspection. It’s very upsetting to me that my father would be treated like this.
