You’re service department went above and beyond to help me today after having a difficult time with your express care(which I normally use and have no problems with whatsoever). I had been to your express service on 3 separate occasions. I was given incorrect information over the phone and in person regarding express care hours of operation. I also left a voicemail on Saturday August 29th with express care requesting a call back with information regarding hours of operation and current guidelines in place for receiving service. I unfortunately still have not received a return call from them as of today September 8th. I appreciate and am thankful to the staff who helped me in your service department today to get my vehicle the service it needed that I had been trying to get accomplished for 2 weeks.

Unfortunately I can not same the same high standards apply to the members of your Sales and Finance Dept.including one of your "Assistant Managers". Thankfully James Gallgher "stepped up" when others refused or failed. Over the past few years my wife and have leased 3 vehicles from Vinart. Before your Automotive technician worked on my vehicle, my air conditioning was operable. After the work was completed I discovered that the air conditioning did not work. I have an appointment this Friday to have it inspected by my mechanic. Hopefully, I will not discover that it was your Automotive technicians fault that my conditioning no longer operates.If,in fact the damage was caused by your technician,I am hopeful that you will reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expenses.
I never received a receipt for the cash amount that I gave over 300.00 dollars for the front brakes.Correct me if I am wrong the spartan plugs should have been part of the motor replacement.I think I was over charge for the brakes Tom told me the price wolg be over 4p0.00 I got charged over 500.00 could you please explain the figures where the price came from.
