One of my issues was the gas tank. I had almost a full tank at drop-off and when i picked it up had a qtr. Of a tank. I understand the engine was worked on but, i could have gotten my gas re filled. This was not my mistake with the engine, why should I lose the money I spent for the gas before it seized up? Everything else was amazing. Autumn was attentive and professional she called and texted to keep me updated and I appreciate her talking to my friend and explaining the issue in person. Also the service was quick and we appreciate the enterprise rental car the three days but, we had to rent another rental for the week leading up to the tow to hyundai. And also we spent money to tow the vehicle to hyundsi as well. So although I was happy with autumn and her professionalism I am not happy with how much money I spent because of hyundsi engine recall and what I had to do because of it. Thank you

The Service and Tom's attention to my needs were excellent he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The complimentary car wash I will skip next time. It left residue and spots all over my windows. I had to go to the car wash to clean it after that.

service advisor said flushing fuel system was recommended but didn't explain it was dealer recommended, not Hyundai recommended or warranty required, I had to ask for clarification

David was great, especially because he need to follow up with me for several pieces of information during the visit. Despite needing to wait on me to supply some of this, everything was done promptly. David was also friendly and helpful.
