Dropped car off Thursday. Was told the sensor I needed wasn’t in the building but it would be done Saturday right after lunch. I called Saturday at 2:00 PM and the asked if my vehicle was done and I was told yes by the woman who answered. My wife and 3 year old dropped me off to pick it up. No one could find the key but everyone saw it in the system as done/ready and eventually I was told the sensor still hadn’t arrived and it was still awaiting work. Wasted an hour of my Saturday and another workday on Monday. It’s fine if the part didn’t arrive but someone should have said it wouldn’t be done on Saturday. Also, when someone calls about their car it would be great to not have to make a trip over there when it’s not done. The process there always seems chaotic and disjointed. I’ll be avoiding it in the future as much as possible.
