Thomas Muldoon was very helpful in getting my car in for an inspection that was weeks past due. Very polite and curteous. Im sure he will be my go to person with any future service needs for my car. He helped me last year too and i had the same great service and experience. Its nice to see someone smile and happy, enjoying what they do, and doing what they can to help a customer. John was very polite and managed getting the process started well. The team had my car completed in a short amount time. At checkout, John went over all the checks, mentioned that all my fluids were topped and was very personable.
Everything was good... I was told I needed to have filters changed other than the oil. I said yes do it. However I didn’t need to have a filter changed because it was fairly new. I feel I may have been taken advantage of because I don’t know cars. Everyone was very nice great work other than the filter issue. Thank you for your outstanding service.

As soon as I walked in a wanted to leave. No one in service was wearing a mask. I didn’t though due to the fact that my car needed service. Unless things change here with masks and setting up more protections for customers then I will NOT be returning. I will be contacting Hyundai as well because this is just absurd.
I was most frustrated about the fact that almost no one had masks on. There were no precautions set up for keeping people socially distant and of a customer came in without a mask wearing one wasn’t enforced. Not a single one of the service technicians had a mask on. Including the (I’m guessing he was the service manager) manager at the check in desk. I have two premature nieces at home. If they get sick there is a strong chance that they could die. I know the mask thing some people take as a suggestion but for my family it is the difference between life and death.
