The service was fine , prompt and courteous, but I was SHOCKED to find the person at the counter not wearing a mask. I wear a mask to protect others and make them feel safe. For someone dealing with a frequent turnover of customers, it would be in the public’s best interest that he wear a mask until we know How COVID-19 is really spread. The giant bottle of hand sanitizer and plexiglas shield on the counter is not going to protect the public from Coronavirus in the air.

Now that my car was inspected and checked, I will be getting coupons in an email within a week for $$off the services I just had done. Wouldn’t it be nice to send those a few weeks BEFORE I need services rather than AFTER I paid for them?

The service I received was outstanding. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and detailing. The rep Michael Huber was very knowledgeable and informative. He kept me updated with what was going on with my vehicle. He also ordered my shuttle uber and offer to explain how uber works if i wasn't familiar with the service. Thank you
