Autumn so far has been the only person at Lehigh Valley Hyundai thar I have had a positive experience with. Every single other time has been a nightmare. Autumn was kind, straight forward, and professional. Autumn was the ONLY person at Lehigh Valley Hyundai that told me a price at the beginning of my car service and then when I went to pay—the number was that price. The best communicator in the dealership that I have seen and spoken with to date.
The service was done expeditiously and courtesly. I really appreciate the complimentary car wash, but I suggest to towel dry the vehicle as well, the water spots make the car look dirtier than when it arrived. Thanks!

Made my appointment nearly a month in advance. Didn’t have the tires I ordered day of appointment. Under normal circumstances I would have gladly come back in a few days to get the tires I wanted. Next my ‘Multi-Point Inspection Report’ stapled to the back of my Part and Labor paperwork was for Tommy Lehr with a 2018 Sonata. Good thing my ‘Multi-Point Inspection Report’ was emailed to me, but even that had its problems, quoting me free air filters and 1/2 off brake work. Tom is a great employee, I’m just not happy with the overall execution from LV Hyundai. I hope my technicians didn’t experience the same lapse as the front office seemed to have.
