Tony is fantastic each and every time I visit. However, I am skeptical about the evaporator/AC problem being fully corrected. I have had the car in 2 or 3 times before to have the condenser fixed/serviced due to the faulty AC system that Honda knowingly sent these cars out with (at no charge to me). I finally had to pay $600 (I understand Honda gave me a discount) out of pocket to have the evaporator fixed. Plus I had to rent a car - at Honda's discount rate which helped. However I am really not sure the AC problem is really fixed and I guess only time will tell. It has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient to have to come in time after time to have something fixed more than once. It would have been nice to have a courtesy car given to me, but I guess SR doesn't have courtesy cars.
Customer service was great but my service took 5 hours for a diagnostic test.

Alex did a great job, lining up the oil changefluid inspection, carefully going over my concerns about a certain part, and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated the call that my car was ready, much more quickly than expected. I tell everyone what a great service experience I always have, thanks to Alex!
I have 2019 Honda hrv and that the 2nd time I go there because an issue with car first one was the stereo the 2nd the key ,on 10/22/21 I went there to fix the key, Tony was great customer service guy he helped me and walk me through everything but 2 hours later he went to his lunch break and another agent with name margarita was helping me and told me to wait another 2 hour's for the car to be fixed she was unprofessional rude and speak down to the customer like she was forced to work there,when I asked to speak the supervisor sure enough he told me the car is ready he got me the car and left. margarita told me to wait another 2 hours before even checking whether the car is ready or not so if I took her word and I waited for another 2 hours I'll be just waiting for no reason while the car the car is already ready to go.
I bring my car at 8 AM and nothing being done until 2 o’clock and in the end she told me that the car with the top of the price for me to be able to do a transmission change oriole and will take another two hours I do not trust her to serve me anymore she was not honest and I can take the car somewhere else cheaper than what she offer me
