Tony was our advisor, not Stephanie. We returned to get our car and after a 20 min wait were told they couldn’t find our keys and they suspected the technician took them home. Someone would call us the next day, Sunday, and we’d pick it up at sales. No one called. We eventually called and said we were going without spare key. Sales didn’t know anything about it. When we got there, our car had been moved to the front and key found. No explanation or call ever came. This was our first time using your service. We just moved from WA. Very disappointing.

After the service one of the tire fill caps was missing. When the air conditioner condenser was replaced a plastic fastener is missing adjacent to the air intake hose. I just discovered these issues today when I had a chance to look at what was done. I plan to return to the dealer to get a cap and plastic fastener. In addition the maintenance reminder system was not reset for the services performed. The system showed oil, tire rotation and brake fluid service required. I reset the oil and tire reminders (the brake service was not performed).
