I had been having problems with my Honda was not really safe to drive I really had an excellent experience with Tony Tran and the the mechanic did correct the problem money well spent I can see the Honda is the best car I ever had very economical and die hard. I’m not looking for a new car at this time.thank you for the quick appointment and excellent customer service.thank you Joe L

Sean was missing in Action ! He had a terrible attitude. He never once called me to let me know the situation with my daughter’s car. I went to the Honda Dealership on Thursday July 22 to have the right front brake caliper and brake pad replaced. I was told initially that the part should be in the next day, Friday. On Thursday I left my car at Scott Robinson Honda. Friday I never received a call to let me know the status of the car. I called Honda and spoke to Sean. Iwas not satisfied with his explanation and asked to speak to his manager he transferred me to a manager, I think his name was cubi or something like that. I told him the situation and he was going to transfer me to someone else and a voicemail came on with no satisfaction. I had to go back to Scott Robinson with my daughter upset of the situation because no one advised me or called me. I spoke to a sales manager named Daniel Gene, he was very helpful. He went down to the Service area and returned and told me the part did not arrive and someone would call me to let me know when it did arrive. I told him that I would like my daughter to take the car for now and would return withe car once the part arrived. Mr. Gene was very helpful in bringing me up to date what was happening with my car. He even said he would authorize Honda to give me a tank of gas. I went down to Honda and spoke to Sean on Wednesday morning July 26. He told me the part came Tuesday, but could not call me to bring the car in because that was his day off. Again I was not satisfied with his attitude or his answer. I asked to speak to his manager. He took me to see Arnie Quinones, the sales manager. I explained the situation to him and he told me that for sure by the next day July 29, by 11:00 AM the car would be ready. I called Thursday morning around 11:10 and left a message for Mr. Quinones, within five minutes I received a call back from Mr. Quinones letting me know that my car was ready for pickup! This was a brutal experience! I had many good experiences with Scott Robinson Honda, thats why I kept coming back, but now I’m very hesitant!!!

I have been a customer for about four years. I am pretty stoic about service. It is usually fine. Although every time I go to Scott Robinson Honda I wait. I will have an appointment and show up on time. However, when I walk into the service area your employees simply ignore me. I will wait multiple minutes before I lose my patience and ask someone if they might be interested in talking to me. Then, the response is always hold on, as if they are too busy working on something else to be bothered with me. When I pick up my car it is the same thing. I usually have to go find my car in a service bay to get it to avoid waiting fifteen or twenty minutes to retrieve my car. I simply don’t understand why, when you call me to let me know my car is ready, it isn’t. I have an all electric Clarity and always ask it can be charged when I retrieve it and it never is. Pretty bad service all around. Why?
