They gave me the car back without doing the service even though the receipt said it was done. I called today and haven’t received a call back that I was expecting. I’m extremely disappointed.
Your service advisor Tony was great. I can’t say that about your technicians. I have been servicing my cars there for 7 years now and had 2 unpleasant experience. About 3 years ago, I had my clutch changed and the technician did not set my clutch paddle properly. I can back and the next day and the technician who worked on my car test drove it and he stalled on first gear. He then lied and said “ this is normal” and left. After 2 day went by, came back and compliant. Then they fixed the issue. Yesterday, I came in for an oil and air filter change. I had to come back because my car keep stalling. Your adviser told me the technician forgot to close and lock the air filter housing. Come on! Should I come here any more??

Bad experience I was waiting for 3 hours just for a simple little mirror, I went to asked margarita and she was rude to me which I didn’t appreciate that , but thanks Honda I love my car you guys need to hired nice people

Please re-establish your relationship with Costco (offers at parts & service discount of 15%). I would prefer to continuing going to Scott Robinson but you are much more expensive than my local mechanic ($185/hr vs $95/hr). The Costco discount brings the cost down enough that I'd feel comfortable coming to you for everything, but for now, I'm only going to use you if I have a coupon. I do appreciate you matching the Costco discount for this trip (Airport Marina offers it). I do feel your dealership does very good work and your service advisors are very knowledgable and helpful.
Tony was great but my car came out with the scratch on the front of the fender As if somebody accidentally hit something else it was not there when I took it I hope the cameras catch this because I’m just baffled on how that happened I just got this car I have no accidents on my record I just hope you guys figure this out
