I arrived at 8:30 am for a B12 service Tony signed me in and I opted to wait in the waiting room. While waiting I received a phine call changing my Dr’s appt from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am. I found Tony explained situation he checked with service mgr and I was able to make my early Dr’s appt. thank you Tony!

The manager was great in helping us out, but we had a very bad experience with Margarita. She was extremely rude, condescending, uninformed, and impatient. Feel free to call me for more details. It is honestly too much to write here.

Oscar was “Oscarsome”! To my surprise, he remembered me from my last visit and made me feel less dumb as a bad driver! I pile drived my truck into a curb and was embarrassed about my accident. He made me feel less embarrassed as he said “a II dents happen, just glad it wasn’t worse”. Wow! Perfect words and customer treatment! I was also impressed the tech put my spare tire and all equipment back into place after repairing my tire. I expected to have to do it myself, so please let the tech know I appreciate the extra effort! Well done Scott Robinson Honda!

Very busy but very fast too. Surprised. But still no snack and drinks? The cars were out on Hawthorne blvd. so I thought is going to be long wait. To my surprise less than 90 minutes done. I thought they didn’t change my oil too.so crazy.

Satisfied with the work performed. However I believe the price was a little extreme. The cost should have been $1100.
First thing I was told was I had to pay over $120.00 or $130.00 I don’t remember the exact dollar amount for service, regular oil change and tire rotation. When I got this car in Nov 2019, in all the arrangements/paperwork…. The man that helped me with my lease and paperwork said my service would be free of charge, the entire time of lease, the 3 years. So today I went to get service and was being charged, and stated that wasn’t in the computer and whatever he was looking at. Told me I needed proof or it had to be in their system. Not sure where the breakdown is, but it was quite disturbing to hear early first thing this morning. Thank you Ileana A
Sean was excellent and provided phenomenal end to end customer service from checking in and writing up my service order, follow up with the repair assessment and estimates, notification when my vehicle was ready for pick up and through check out and delivery back of my vehicle when picking up from service.
