I have gotten my car serviced at Scott Robinson for the past six years, but The last two times that I have taken my car to get serviced Stephanie has been my Advisor, and let me tell you she had excellent customer service. She is very friendly and makes sure that you completely understand everything your car is getting done. I love that she doesn’t make you feel like your just another customer she makes you feel welcomed.

Good service. But I shouldn’t have had to call to see if the part had been delivered. My service manager should have made a point to be updated on the status every day. Especially given the amount of trouble that I’ve had with this car in the past

Sean was great! He was helpful to me in many ways. He called me to let me know that my MaxCare extended warranty couldn't locate my acct. I called CarMax and was told that my warranty was under CNI and The Warranty Group. You did the work on my car and it was 100% covered by my warranty. I appreciate his professionalism and his calls to keep me apprised on what was happening with the repair work on my vehicle. I also appreciated the Lyft ride he ordered for me to take me back to my hotel after dropping off my car at the Service Dept. All in all, a great experience. No worries! Lol

Second time I have a disappointing experience but believed in second chances
First the vehicle took a long time to be checked the I was told the problem will get fixed next day, then I got a call advising that the mechanic bent a sensitive part of one of the air bags by accident, finally I got the vehicle all dirty with grease all over the seats and, a cover missing off the shift handle untied cables under the seat and seat covers unclipped Oscar asked us to take the vehicle home and back to service next day. Honestly HARD TO TRUST AGAIN ???????? That is my daughter’ s car!
