Stephanie did not perform a full diagnostic test on my vehicle and when i asked if one could be performed to the girl working said “No, honey” which I found to be rude and condescending. The service for my vehicle would have cost me over $3k so I will have to look elsewhere.

Never heard from my service advisor (the car was there for a week). Two different guys called me- Tom & the service manager (I forgot his name. He told me). Both of them were nice, but neither of them said they were taking over for Margarita. I had to call & when I did, I didn’t know who to ask for. The person that answered the phone was rude & not very helpful because I didn’t know who to ask for. I explained I’ve never heard from Margarita & another guy was calling me. I’ve been in a couple of times. All the other times, I had a very positive experience with Sean. Unfortunately, the day I came in, Sean was not working.
