Actually I was pretty disappointed.

I made a appointment for 9:45 today 5/6/21
I showed up at 9:45
Nobody came out and greated me, I had to come in.Then Sean came out and told me what I needed I said I was here for a oil change and my appointment was for 9:45 , he said your looking for a 1-1/2 wait, I said even for a appointment. He said the oil change comes with a full inspection. After waiting there for over 2-1/2 hours for a Oil Change, Magratia said the bill is $105. I said I made a appointment for a oil change and you told me it was for $59 and your charging me $105.
She said well it comes with a A1 Inspection which I NEVER ASKED FOR. Its frustrating to me to tell me a $59 dollar Oil Change really is $105 With Hidden Costs to boost up the Price.
I could have just gone to Valvoline waited 30 minutes and paid the cost they gave me. I wanted to reach out to a Manager so bad. I'm very Disappointed in Hidden Costs and lack of Communication. Not coming back

Me encuentro desconcertada y molesta por dos razones..la primera es que un año y cuatro meses y ya tenga que estar con problemas con un carro que pague en su totalidad el día que lo compre en una agencia que esta entre las mejores y y con 12 mil millas y ya tenga problemas por las bujías y la segunda es por la irresponsabilidad de la persona que en el primer servicio del carro anoto erróneamente el milla y cuando hable para pedir cita y lo revisaran,se me dijera que ya no tenia garantía,así que tuve que ir a que checaran las millas y el carro tenia 12 mil nos las 33 mil que pusieron en el sistema...no es el primer carro de agencia que compro y me sorprende que se me cobre por hacerle el servicio del carro.

The service department was very helpful and truthful. I received an appraisal for my civic I’ll be taking advantage of it in 30 days working on my credit score. I met with the salesman he was patient and insightful.
The General Manager could use some customer service skills, he walks to & fro without acknowledging the customers. Thanks the only thing that’s lacking but the most impactful.
I took in my car for a service to be done the young lady who helped me was very helpful and I think she went above and beyond to have me get a great experience her name is Stephanie. I had and relayed in the gas door replaced as well as a gas pump that was on recall since I have that being done I decided that it was time for an oil change I picked up my vehicle later that day and was happy until I drove off the lot I had not drove more than 5 min when my car stared to smoke and the check engine light came on and my car wouldn't not want to accelerate so I called the dealer and they told me what was happening. That made me so upset. But the dealer ship offered to pick me up were I was with a tow truck and have us taken back Sean was there to receive us back and told me I had to leave my car overnight ???? which was disappointing. But he also offered to pay my uber home which I never had them pay me back for which I saw no need to have them pay for it , which I was happy to receive my car the next day they told me that the service guy had over oiled my car ???? which I thought was very unusual. The manger did apologize for the inconvenience of the trouble and he told me next time I took my car in he would cover a detailing on my car which I guess was exceptional. So I had a good and bad first experience here at Scott Robinson Honda
