Stephanie told me that my service needs would be taken care of in 1.5-2 hours. After nearly 2.5 hours, I was informed that my tire leak was due to a nail and could not be patched at the dealership. This is also after I visited last month with the same issue (along with a requested oil change and tire rotation) when my leaking tire was ignored by Margarita. Although the tire was refilled before leaving today, the TMPS was not calibrated and the “check tire pressure” notification still appeared on my dash.
