You are price gauging! Shamelessly over charging for a safety component (airbag) listed at $875 (can easily procure at a discounted price from another Honda dealer for $581.00!). Your quoted price is obscene at $1785. I had been a loyal Honda customer (3 new vehicles fro your dealership alone): therefore, I was extremely disappointed from the total lack of “Honda helpfulness” I received.

Alex always treats me like a VIP. He is in constant communication throughout the day to let me know the status of my car. I always know if it is a tricky problem, that Alex will be able to solve it!
