I made an appt. And somehow it still took me 2 hours to get an oil change. When I first asked they said 1 to 1.5 hrs. So I was not expecting to stay as long. If I knew I would of just pick up my car later. Even when I was leaving it felt rush because I was rush.
Oscar was polite and competent. I would request him again.

Stephanie never returned my calls back regarding the piece I was missing for my car for over a month until I called several times and spoke to Hope but I decided to just go that same day and the car had to stay until the next day then Stephanie decides to call after so long! I had to personally show up in person to the dealership just to find all the employees just relaxing and on their phones. Everytime I called all the managers were in a so called meeting. I also left a message for a manager and never received a call back or an apology. Im very dissapointed with my experience with Honda.

From dropping the vehicle off to picking up, the process was smooth and painless. Showroom was clean and social distancing was observed. Porter even offer to wipe down steering wheel as he brought the car up at pick up. Text notifications throughout the day was nice to keep you abreast of the repair process. Overall a great experience from the team at Scott Robinson Honda Torrance.
While Stephanie was very helpful and professional, I was disappointed that the needed recall parts had not been ordered...even though I had made an appointment for the service and had it confirmed prior to coming in. The parts had to be ordered and were not available till the next day. I ended up having to pay $22 for a Lyft back to the dealership. Previously, on a different Honda Recall service I was provided an Enterprise rental with no out of pocket cost.
The service was estimated at a day. It took 9 days. In those nine days I was promised the car three different times that all fell through. I was promised The vehicle would be detailed for my trouble and it only got washed. No detail. I also noticed today that there are scratches And dents on the driver side fender that was never there. I am very disappointed and I am sorry I took my vehicle to Scott Robinson.
